At Humano company ltd, we market and sell a whole range of lubricants and oil products for both automotive and industrial use. These include engine lubricants, gear oil lubricants, hydraulic oils, additives and intermediates. Our largest consumers are mostly the mining companies and commercial transport operators.

Humano in conjunction with a local partner have installed over 500 pieces of 1000watts solar panels, inverters and batteries in the Upper East and Upper West regions of Ghana. We have also began negotiations with an international leader in Solar Panel manufacturing for the setup of an Assembly and Testing Plant for the assembly and installation of solar panel power systems designed for off?grid communities. This will go a long way the ease the erratic power shortage in Ghana.

Dr.Richard Owusu Atuahene (Board Chairman)

Dr. Richard Atuahene holds a Doctor of Philosophy and Masters in Public Administration from the Kean University, Union New Jersey and a BSc. degree in Administration, Business Management and Health Service from the University of Ghana Legon. He is a certified Harvard Law School trained International Negotiator and also obtained certification as municipal financial officer from the Rutgers University of New Jersey. In addition, Richard benefited from special training as an Insurance producer and is a NotaryPublic.

Richard in his early years selflessly worked as a high school teacher in Ghana teaching students with special needs. He developed special lessons for mentally impaired students appropriate to their needs and abilities.

He had a stint as an Insurance Producer with the Mutual of Omaha, USA. As Director of Rapsolco Microfinance Ghana Limited, his excellent communication and problem solving abilities came to fore as the company saw a tremendous increase in sales. This was achieved by the development of a new and successful advertising campaign and networking introduced by him.

In April 2005, Richard took up the position Vice President of Investigroup Inc/Invetigroup NP a position he held till May 2008. Richard worked tirelessly and creditably in collaboration with other professionals to increase revenue growth, cost management innovation, customer engagement and leadership development in the company bringing his expertise in matters of accountancy and taxation to bear on the group. It is worthy to note that he co-managed the non-profit section of the company Investigroup NP in foreclosure prevention at the same time. In the same year, Richard became the president of Rapid Solutions Inc.

Currently, he is the Board Chairman for Humano Co. Ltd where his expertise and experience has contributed immensely to successful board decision and actions for the overall success of the company.

Mr. Atuahene possesses a strong analytical ability coupled with excellent communication skills and an exceptional demonstrated attention to detail that positions him to detect and resolve discrepancies. Richard is a member of various professional organisations including the Association of Business Management Professionals, National society of Accountants, USA Rotary Club of New Jersey, Association of Accredited Insurance Agents and the Notary Public association of USA. He is a board member for Musiga Ghana, RBF consults, Bluehills Microfinance and Atuahene Mines

Dr. Owusu Kizito (Board Member)

Dr. Owusu Kizito has a track record of being a dynamic, results-driven professional. He has more than ten years of experience in consulting, banking, financial analysis, project management, and process improvement. In addition, he has an extensive background as analytic expert regarding the calculus of decision-making, and problem solving.

Dr. Kizito’s skill set is magnified by his ability and by his ingenuity in the manner in which he effectively chooses and manages the professionals who work on his consulting teams. His primary engagements have center on the development and implementation of financial management systems and upgrades. This has been accomplished using a proven set of methods which are based on a systematic change process that is both constrained by and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations that apply to his clients’ varied situations.

Mr. Fosu Frimpong (Board Member)

Mr. Fosu Frimpong holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a German Language Course Certificate from Volkshochschule Heilbronn, Germany. He is currently studying as a lawyer and has various Banking Course Certificates from the Ghana National Banking College and a Stock Exchange Course Certificate. He was a member of Victim Support, Milton Keynes , and Patient and Public Involvement Forum (PPI), Milton Keynes, all in the United Kingdom.

He is currently the CEO of Blue hills Micro Finance. Mr. Fosu has a lot of working experience at the Ministry of Public Sector Reform and was tasked with the management of DFID and IDA donor funds. He also has two years’ experience working with Milton Keynes Council, and Open University all in the United Kingdom as a Finance Assistant and Office Assistant respectively.

His astute understanding of business processes, as well as the ability to apply strategic tactics that obtain bottom line improvements in business was evidenced at First National Savings and Loans as a pioneer and Finance Assistant for several years. He was also the Finance and Administration Manager at All Purpose Microfinance, a Non-Bank Financial Company in Accra, Ghana. Mr. Fosu has also served as a senior executive at some of the world’s leading information companies. He is experienced in structuring complex financial transactions, having been involved in the acquisition or divestiture of more than four dozen information companies.

He also is a professional economist with a wide range of knowledge in industrial economics and microeconomics. Over the course of his career Mr. Fosu has developed an expertise in the development and application of quantitative models for use in industrial analysis and finance.

Kwame Adjei, MBA/ ACCA (Board member)

Mr. Kwame Adjei is the general accounting manager for Mantrac Ghana. His educational background is vast and extensive with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Ghana, and an MBA from St. Andrew University in Scotland in the United Kingdom. He is currently a chartered accountant. He has close to 15 years of progressive experience in operations management, research, business analysis and management consulting.

Mr. Adjei is an experienced Management Consultant with vast experience in business development and consulting. Adjei has worked with various multinational companies (African and European) in various capacities at different times. He is technically adept in business system analysis, operations management, database management and international diplomacy.

Mr. Adjei has also served as a consultant to various companies which were trying to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). He has also designed management structure for various companies which are currently doing very well. Adjei has therefore established an enviable career track record in project management, business management, business system analysis, financial management and database management.

Mr. Adjei is an exceptional communicator with excellent communication, anger management and problem solving skills and currently a member of Association of Chartered Accountants.

Mr David Yaw Danquah, Esq. (Legal & Compliance)
